Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the small and large intestines. Women are more likely to get IBS than men.

Some of the symptoms includes:

-Pain and Cramping

-Diarrhea

-Constipation

-Excess gas and Bloating

-Food sensitivity

-Fatigue

-Difficulty Sleeping

Symptoms of IBS can be triggered by:

-FOOD:

By removing some of the foods that your body may be sensitive to such as sugary foods, processes foods, dairy products, wheat and fried foods and adding natural foods such as fruits and vegetables, healthy fats found in wild fish or nuts and adding good bacteria to your gut by eating fermented foods or taking a good probiotic are better choices.

-STRESS:

During periods of increased stress IBS may be worse or more frequent. Stress causes the muscles to tense and aggravates the intestines causing increasing symptoms of IBS.

Ways to reduce stress:

-Doing deep breathing exercises

help relax the mind and body and ultimately relax your tight intestinal muscles.

-Massage Treatment

Increases feelings of relaxation for the mind and body.

-Exercise

Make working out such as stretching, walking, going to gym part of your daily routine.
