On a scale of 1-14, 1 being acidic, 14 being alkaline and 7 being neutral. A healthy human blood range should be slightly more alkaline at a PH of 7.35-7.45 which is at an optimal health for body function.

Why alkalizing your body is important?

Having a balanced PH in the body is important to preventing disease and having good health.

Breathing exercise to alkalize your body

The way you breath affects your body's PH. Deep breathing alkalizes the body. Shallow breathing traps carbon dioxide in your blood causing the body to be PH acidic.

1- Inhale from your nose making sure to take deep breath filling up your lower abdomen and organs with oxygen.

2- Big exhale from your mouth sucking in your abdomen making sure to remove all carbon dioxide from your entire body.
