Thousands of studies show the positive impacts of mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation can improve mental and physical health. Some of the benefits include relaxes the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, improves breathing, decreases blood pressure, helps control pain, improves sleep, increases focus and concentration, improves long-term cognitive health, increases energy levels, improves self awareness, emotional health and strengthens our mind-body connection. As a result, mindfulness meditation improves our well-being, daily behavior, relationships and quality of life.

Mindfulness meditation helps create a balance spiritually between our inner world and the external world. It also helps us connect to deeper layers of consciousness from physical body, emotions and mind to increased sensitivity to feelings the energy of our body for improved health and well-being.

How to meditate:

You can meditate anywhere, either alone or in a group and for as little or as long as you want.

Meditation for pain: Get into a comfortable position, take a few deep comfortable breaths, close your eyes and focus on the area of pain. Feel the area relax and imagine the pain dissipate.

Meditation for relaxation: Get into a comfortable position, feel your body being completely supported, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Feel every part of your body from top of your head to your toes spending some time in each area feeling it relax, allowing all your muscles to get into a deep feeling of relaxation, breath comfortably and enjoy!!
